As traffic problems continue to grow in many countries, road pricing, tolls, and city access limits are increasingly used by governments to gain control over the impact of a growing number of vehicles, especially in dense, urban areas.

Octo Telematics has proven to be able to collect valuable data from hundreds of thousands of cars and to be able to calculate insurance premiums based on billions of kilometers driven. We have implemented direct or third party billing solutions for more than five years. Our satellite-enabled applications allow authorities to effectively implement variable use-based road access pricing, using existing or new telematic platforms built within individual vehicles.
