Alessio Calisti joined Octo in May 2018. He spent his up-to-now career serving Customer value in Telcos, Media, Retail and Technology Companies. In Telecom Italia since 1995, then, from 1999, partecipating to Infostrada start-up and later on in Wind, working for Wholesale and Top&Large Customer Commercial Area; in 2002  he turned to Consumer market arena  acquiring significant experience in Customer Experience Transformation, Customer Base Marketing and Customer Operations activities.
From 2008 to 2012 he started up Mediaset Premium, building the Company from zero to 2 Mio Customers as responsible for the entire Customer lifcycle in terms of operations and value generation. In 2013-2014, as a Senior Advisor of Long Term Partners, he was the project leader of a huge transformation project in Ferrero Germany, joining Poste Italiane in 2014 to lead the Group Customer Centricity transformation project and then as Director of Customer Experience.
