Corrado Sciolla
CEO
He served as President and CEO of Cedacri from 2018 to 2022. Previously, he held various positions within BT Group from 2004 to 2017, including President of Continental Europe, President of Southern Europe and Latin America, CEO of BT Italia, and CEO of BT France. Sciolla was the General Manager of WIND from 2001 to 2004. Beforehand, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey.
Sciolla earned a degree with honor in Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino and further enriched his educational background with a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in Fontainebleau.
Andrea Balzarini

He started his career in the Pirelli Group between Milan, Basel and London before moving to the Telecom Italia Group in 2002, where he held positions of increasing responsibility: Head of Group Treasury in 2006, then Head of Finance & Insurance since 2010, a position he had for 7 years.
After following its listing in 2015, in 2017 he became Chief Financial Officer of Inwit S.p.A., also managing the purchasing, business development and investor relations activities of Italy’s leading company in the mobile connectivity infrastructure market.
Before joining OCTO, he served as Chief Financial & Business Officer of Ansaldo Energia S.p.A., a leading provider of full-cycle solutions for power generation.
Francesco Barbieri

Before joining OCTO, Francesco held senior technology leadership roles at Italiana Petroli and Almaviva, leading large engineering teams to develop scalable platforms and cloud-based solutions. His expertise spans cloud computing, IoT, software development, payment systems, and Telematics, with a strong track record of delivering transformative technology projects and fostering a culture of innovation.
Driven by a strong passion for harnessing technology to propel business growth and deliver exceptional value to customers, Francesco is dedicated to advancing the frontiers of digital transformation within the mobility ecosystem.
Valerio Bocchieri
Chief Commercial Management Officer
After graduating, he began his career in the ENI Group, within the telecommunications department of SNAM. Here he worked on the design of corporate telecommunications networks, managing the ENI Group’s first Internet access and e-mail projects.
In 1998, he joined Albacom, later BT Italia, where he created and managed the NOC specialising in outsourcing customer management.
After a few years, he began working in sales as wholesale sales manager, responsible for the development of operators and resellers of telecommunications services.
In 2010, Valerio starts working in the small and medium business commercial management of BT Italia, with the responsibility of managing medium business customers and the development of CONSIP agreements in the Local Public Administration.
Since 2019, he has served as Large Account sales manager, which includes BT’s contracts with large Italian multinational companies..
Vincent Bonnet

Since joining OCTO in 2012, Vincent has gained over 13 years of expertise in the insurance telematics and smart mobility industries. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s global expansion, showcasing a proven ability to navigate complex markets and multicultural business environments.
As Chief Revenue Assurance Officer, Vincent oversees the design and development of sales and delivery processes, nurtures lead through the sales funnel, manages strategic projects to ensure milestone and KPI achievement, handles bid management, optimizes pricing strategies, and ensures contract performance.
Prior to OCTO, Vincent built a strong foundation in the ICT and systems integration market, holding senior leadership roles at GDC, SCC (as Managing Director for Italy), and Allium (as Sales Director). His expertise in value selling and strategic planning earned him a reputation for developing customer-focused strategies and driving significant revenue growth.
A French national, Vincent is fluent in French, English, and Italian, enabling him to work seamlessly across diverse markets and cultural contexts.
Francesco Bortone

Francesco started his professional experience as attorney at Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria Law firm and then at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in Milan. He held senior legal positions at General Electric (GE Energy-Oil & Gas / GE Aviation), he also served as Avio Aero’s Chief Compliance Officer, and as Chief Legal Officer of Comdata Group (now Konecta).
Graduated cum laude at the University of Sassari, he obtained a master in EU Law at the Université de Nancy and a LL.M. in corporate law at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He has more than 20-year experience in advising on corporate law issues, in structuring and implementing JV / M&A agreements, in drafting international contracts, in drafting and negotiating service agreements based on big data, in designing and implementing compliance and risk management policies and procedures.
Nunzio Calì

Prior to his appointment in OCTO, Nunzio Calì was CTO & CIO (Deputy General Manager) for AlmavivA SpA, a leading Italian company operating globally in information technology and outsourcing services, realizing some of the most important programs of Digital Transformation for large Italian companies both in the public and private sectors. Simultaneously, he was also General Manager of ADT (Almaviva Digitaltech), a company founded in Naples in 2017 to support the AlmavivA Group in the development of digital solutions.
Enrico Leopardi

He is a passionate and inspirational leader with a proven track record in growing B2B SaaS Companies at global scale and leading sales and marketing organizations across different geographies such as EMEA, LATAM and APAC.
He brings more than 20 years experience as an international sales executive holding many roles including SVP EMEA and APAC at Lifesize for Contact Center and Customer Experience. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President EMEA and LATAM at OverIT, baked by Bain Capital, where he led a very complex transformation program, redefined the GTM strategy and established the company as the leading vendor in Field Management Service software.
Leopardi holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Sciences from University of Camerino.
Alessandro Salustri
Chief HR & Organization Officer
He has held prominent roles in multinational environments, including HR Regional Director at British Telecom, overseeing organizational transformation projects in Italy, Switzerland, the Nordics, CEE, and Russia, and HR Director Italy & Middle East at EDS (Electronic Data Systems), where he implemented resource optimization and HR service transformation programs on an international scale. Subsequently, he served as HR Director for Italy, the U.S., and the U.A.E. at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, where he developed and executed global organizational development and succession planning programs.
He has also gained significant experience in executive roles, serving as a board member of the Telemaco fund, and as CEO and Chairman of Atlanet S.p.A. and Erptech S.p.A., respectively.
In parallel with his corporate career, he has successfully pursued entrepreneurial ventures, collaborating with global multinationals in the franchising sector and fostering the sustainable growth of operational businesses.
Pedro Bernardo Santos

With over 20 years of international experience in EMEA, the US and Asia in the financial services and technology sectors, Pedro had a significant impact in launching new businesses, leading complex transformation programs and executing major business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
In the telematics field, he co-founded and led G-Evolution, Groupama’s captive automotive telematics service provider. Under his leadership, the company built an important client portfolio, achieved a significant reduction in claims costs using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies, and signed its first external contract with a major European fleet.
Pedro holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Of Spanish nationality, he is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
Fabrizio Tomassetti

He holds a business degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master degree in Business Adminstration.
Prior to Join Octo, he spent 8 years in Hertz International.
At the beginning as EU Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, becoming Director of the European Procurement the following year.
Over the last 3 years in Hertz International Fabrizio served as Senior Director Europe Procurement, Real Estate and Facilities.
He started his career in Toyota Motor Logistic dpt and then he covered global senior purchasing roles in General Motors FIAT Worldwide Purchasing, FIAT Auto and Alstom Transport.
Ludovica Viscogliosi
Chief Global Sales Engineering Officer
Graduated with honours in Management Engineering from La Sapienza in Rome in 2009, Ludovica qualified as a professional engineer in 2011 and obtained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2021.
She has gained solid international experience, combining roles in consulting and corporate contexts, with a marked specialisation in the transport and automotive sectors.
She started her career at PwC Consulting in 2010, and then continued at KPMG Advisory. In 2014 she joined Hertz, with responsibility for Strategic Sourcing at European level. Since 2020 she has been part of OCTO, where she led the Strategic Sourcing and Customer Operations teams.
In 2025 she was appointed Chief Global Sales Engineering Officer, bringing an integrated vision of strategy, operations and innovation.
Fabio Sbianchi

He graduated from the Sapienza University of Rome with a degree in Political Science and started his career in 1989 as a Project Manager for the Civil Registry Council of the Municipality of Rome. From 1992 to 1994, he worked as a Parliamentary Assistant at the Italian Chamber of Deputies and in 1995 he founded Tecnicom where he stayed on as Managing Partner until 1997. He then joined Viasat, working first as Project Manager of the ‘‘Viasat GSM’’ system, and then subsequently as Technical and Operational Director.

He is Executive Vice President – EMEA, APAC and South America of Generac Power Systems Inc. a leading energy technology solutions company, listed on the NYSE, that provides backup and prime power generation products, solar and battery storage systems, and energy monitoring & management devices and services.
He is also Chief Executive Officer of PR industrial Srl (Pramac Group), a leading company in the production and distribution of electrical power generators, material handling equipment and energy storage solutions.
He is Founder & Team Principal of Pramac Racing Ltd, a successful MotoGP team, which made its debut in motorcycling in 2002, and currently races the Moto GP in partnership with Ducati.
He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Wallbox Chargers SL., an electric vehicle charging and energy management global provider, listed at NYSE.
In the past, he served as Chairman of the Industrial Business Association for the South of Tuscany; President of Centrale del Latte della Toscana S.p.A.; Honorary Consul of Romania in Tuscany, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Riello S.p.A.
Campinoti holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and Economics Degree from the University of Florence.
Paul Cronheim

Paul attended the University of Leiden in the Netherlands, and Columbia University in New York (LLM). He was a partner in Amsterdam-based international law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek from 1990 until his retirement in 2022. During his career Paul worked in The Hague, Los Angeles, New York, where he was resident partner, and Amsterdam, where he founded and became practice group leader of De Brauw’s Corporate/M&A department.
During his career at De Brauw as an international corporate lawyer Paul has assisted clients from all over the world as trusted advisor, with a holistic perspective, building a well-established international corporate practice, representing listed companies, multinationals and private equity investors. He has handled a wide range of cross-border tender offers and public company mergers, private acquisitions and disposals, auctions and joint ventures, and takeover defenses. Paul has regularly advised on corporate governance aspects, and has served as arbitrator in AAA, ICC and NAI arbitrations.
Marco Lippi

Marco Lippi graduated from the University of Pisa with a degree in Economics in 1985 and subsequently received an MBA from Columbia Business School in 1989. Mr. Lippi began his career as a financial analyst in IBM’s Milan offices from 1985 through 1987. In 1989 he joined Morgan Stanley in the mergers and acquisitions department in New York and later in London. In 1999, he became a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. In 2004, he joined BNP Paribas as Managing Director where he headed Italy’s Corporate Finance division and was a member of the Global Corporate Finance Operating Committee in Paris. In 2007, he launched NCP I, a Private Equity Fund based in Luxembourg, and also joined Strategic Value Partners, a restructuring and hedge fund, where he remained until 2010.
Since 2010 he has been at Pamplona Capital Management, and he was appointed Partner of Pamplona Capital Management LLP in 2015. He also served as a Director of Ferretti International Holding S.p.A. and Ferretti S.p.A. from 2012 until 2016 and as a Director of Alpitour S.p.A. from 2012 and 2018. He is currently a Director of Pisa Sporting Club (Pisa Calcio).
Marco Musetti

Marco Musetti holds a Major degree in Business Management, University of Lausanne, Switzerland and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance of the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK.
Marco Musetti served as Deputy Head of Metals Desk for Banque Bruxelles Lambert (Suisse) S.A., Geneva (Switzerland), from 1992 to 1998, and he worked for Banque Cantonale Vaudoise in Lausanne as Head of Metals and Structured Finance Desk from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Musetti was COO and deputy CEO of Aluminium Silicon Marketing GmbH, Zug (Switzerland), from 2000 to 2007. From 2007 till 2018, he was Investment Director at Renova Management AG.
From 2011 to date he has served on the board of various listed and non listed companies in the industrial and mining space.
Since 2018 is the managing partner of GEM Capital AG an investment and advisory company based in Zug, Switzerland.
Sir John Wilfred Peace

Sir John Wilfred Peace graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and joined GUS plc in 1970, where he held several senior IT management positions. In 1980, Sir John co-founded CCN Systems (which later became Experian plc) and served as its chief executive.
In 2000, he became Group CEO of GUS plc, of which Experian and Burberry were part. In 2002, Sir John was appointed chairman of Burberry Group plc, a position he currently holds. In 2006, Sir John was appointed chairman of Experian following the demerger of GUS plc, a position he held until stepping down in 2014. Sir John joined the board of Standard Chartered as deputy chairman in 2007 and became the chairman in 2009. He also chairs the Nottingham Economic Growth Board and for 10 years he was Chairman of the Board of Governors of Nottingham Trent University. He has been a Trustee of the Djanogly City Academy in Nottingham since 1999.
He was knighted in 2011 for services to business and the voluntary sector. He has been appointed Lord-Lieutenant of Nottinghamshire since July 2012. Sir John is a Member of Companions of Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of Royal Society of Arts. He has an Honorary Doctorate from The University of Nottingham.

He graduated from Imperial College London with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. In 1981 he joined Rolls-Royce PLC as a Manufacturing Manager where he stayed until 1993, when he moved to Tomkins PLC as a Manufacturing Director for Hattersley Heaton. From 1996 to 2002, he worked for TRW Aeronautical Systems, initially as Operations General Manager, Engine Control and then as Vice President, Customer Satisfaction & Quality.
In 2002, he left to join Pall Corp, as the VP of Operations for the Industrial Division. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2012, he was CEO and President of TMD Friction. In 2012, he became Operating Partner of Pamplona Capital Management where he works presently.
