Lloyd’s lauds Octo’s ISO Quality Certification Schemes
Octo Telematics received the Best Italian Client Award 2016 from Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance for the implementation of ISO Quality Certification Schemes ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and UNI ISO 9001:2015.
The BICA Award 2016 was presented to Antonio Mauro, Head of Security and Compliance Assurance, Octo Telematics for“the passion and technological approach dedicated to data management for the calculation of risk, also supported by the Information Security Management System implementation vs ISO 27001”. In particular, Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance emphasised the advantage of Octo’s proposal integrating a single stream for both data quality and safety certification.
The certification of international quality standards is fundamental for the drive to digitize industry, invest in big data management, develop new organizational models to manage and minimize risk, and catalyse new opportunities for the industry at large.
The awards ceremony was held at Villa Wolkonsky in Rome on October 13, 2016.
