As part of Connected Mobility 2025, 14 initiatives have been chosen to build Connected Mobility in Italy. The focus is on 6 areas of interest considered a priority and implementable within 6 months.

Prompt detection and management of road accidents helps coordinate fast, effective intervention, reducing damage to people and the impact on health (traffic and jams), and on the efficiency of local transport.

The solution means to reduce accidents caused by distracted drivers, by monitoring certain parameters during driving (e.g. line of vision, hold on the wheel), warning the driver if safety is decreasing.
